911 Virtual Assistant ® is a privately-owned and operated administrative support service It was founded by Jessica Freeman. Prior to taking the leap into business ownership Jessica has had over 18 years of experience working in an office environment with specializations in real estate, technology, manufacturing, office management, and wireless communication.
From her first job in 1991 as a Receptionist to her last corporate position in 2003 as an Office Manager at a commercial real estate firm, Jessica has developed a vast working knowledge of business office operations and an extraordinary knowledge of technology. Jessica often says assisting others is more than what she does, it's part of who she is. Jessica is passionate about being a positive contribution to the personal and professional life of each and every client.
Jessica holds an Associate of G.S. graduating from Montgomery County Community College with over 30 credits in Business Administration & Accounting Studies. She is an excellent communicator, project manager and detailed oriented. Jessica has served in multiple roles such as Operations Manager, Bookkeeper, Sr. Executive Assistant, Inside Sales Manager and Accounts Payable Manager.
Jessica is an active member within her community in the Latrobe Mom’s Club, PTO for Baggaley Elementary School and Latrobe Alliance Church.
